Beginning reformer class

In this class we will continue to learn more about the basic Pilates principles and essential Pilates reformer exercises. Clients will also learn more about the workings of the reformer apparatus and how to make adjustments and modifications for their specific needs.

*Clients new to Pilates are required to complete 3 required introductory private Pilates sessions prior to joining a group class.
